We have 4 bedrooms available:

Room 1 - 2 Twin beds, private bath (can add cot)          $70*                      $80      plus tax
Room 2 - 1 Full bed, shared bath (can add 2 cots)         $65*                      $75      plus tax
Room 3 - 1 Full bed, shared bath                                   $65*                      $75      plus tax
Room 4 - 1 King bed, private bath                                  $75*                      $85      plus tax
             (available April 1st - Oct 30th)

Rates are for 2 people per room, additional person $20, under 12 years old $10.
Rates are for 2 nights minimun stay, 1 night stays will include a 15% up charge.
Extended stays of 5 or more nights will receive a 10% discount.
Check in and check out times can be arranged at time of booking.

* Weekend rates apply to holidays.

The house and its surroundings allow for small family reunions and the large room for small corporate meetings.
Breakfast, of course,  is included, and arrangements can be made for lunch and dinner as well.
Laundry service and wireless internet available.
